Where are your products fabricated?

Our products are handcrafted in Spain. Some pieces from local crafts that are part of our designs, come from countries like Morocco or India.

How do you choose Canica products?

All of our products are the result of a careful selection. We only choose objects with the most special designs.

How can I know the availability of an item?

The availability of each product is indicated on each product sheet. Some items are available from stock and others are made to order.

Do you have a physical store?

No, we only sell through our online shop. If you have any doubts about what one of our pieces of furniture looks like, please note that many of them are on display in restaurants and hotels and you can go and see them without any problem.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Products with immediate availability have an estimated delivery time of between 48 and 72 hours on working days within Spain. Products available to order have an estimated manufacturing time indicated on the product sheet. Once the product is finished, the estimated delivery time is between 48 and 72 hours in working days within Spain. This delivery period is extended in the case of international shipments.

Can I modify an order?

If you have made a mistake or need to modify an order after placing it, please contact us. Our team will help you with whatever you need.

Is it possible to change the delivery address once the order has been placed?

If you need to deliver the order to a different address than the one indicated in the order, you must contact us.

We will do our best to modify the address. Please note that the change may result in a change in shipping costs depending on the new delivery location.

If the order has already been picked up by the shipping agency, in addition to the change in shipping costs, additional charges may be incurred, which must be borne by the customer.

Can I choose between different shipping methods?

All orders are for home delivery, with different delivery methods available for selection during the checkout process. In the event that the product is bulky, heavy, delicate, or requires assembly upon delivery, it will be delivered with a special transportation service to ensure its optimal condition upon arrival. In these cases, our team will contact you to arrange a suitable date and time for delivery.

How can I track my order?

Once the order has been placed, we will keep you informed of its status at all times. When your order has been picked up by the shipping company, you will receive an email with tracking information.

What is the shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary based on the weight and size of the order, as well as the delivery address. You can check the shipping costs of a product during the checkout process.

What is the return period?

The return period is 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.

How do I make a return?

You must contact us through any of our customer service channels so we can provide you with further instructions on how to return any product.

Do returns have any cost?

You will be responsible for the transportation costs associated with the return, which will be deducted from the refund amount. The return of an item does not include reimbursement of shipping costs or any customs duties you may have paid for shipping outside of Spain.

When and how will I receive the refund amount?

The refund of the item's amount will be processed once we receive the item and verify that it is in the same condition as it was sent. We will refund the amount of the returned item using the same payment method used in the purchase.

Is there any item that cannot be returned?

There will be no right of return for products made to order, custom items, or items made to measure.

What should I do if I receive an incorrect or damaged item?

If you receive any wrong product, defective, or damaged items, you must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the order, attaching images of the product showing the damage, defect, or error. It is necessary to keep the items in their original packaging while we process your claim.

What options do I have if I receive an incorrect or damaged item?

Our team will offer you the option to replace the item with a new one or to return it. In either case, you will not be responsible for the costs incurred for the return and/or delivery of the new items. If you choose to return the item, we will also refund the shipping costs paid when placing the order.
