SHIPPING
AVAILABILITY AND DELIVERY TIMES
The availability of the product is indicated on each product sheet.
Products with immediate availability have an estimated delivery time of between 48 and 72 hours on working days in national territory (unless another specific time is indicated on the product sheet itself).
Products available to order have an estimated manufacturing time indicated on the product sheet. Once the product is finished, the estimated delivery time is between 48 and 72 hours on business days in national territory.
They are understood as working days from Monday to Friday, except holidays. Deliveries are not made on weekends and holidays. The above delivery periods may be extended in case of international shipments .
Custom-made products will have a delivery period that will be specified in each case and that must be accepted by the client before confirming the order.
It is important to note that international shipments may be detained by the local customs office of the destination country. At Canica we are not responsible for delays caused by your country's customs department.
If your order includes a combination of off-the-shelf and on-demand items, or bulky and smaller items, they may be shipped separately. Normally small items or those with immediate availability will be sent before the rest of the larger items or those with availability upon request. In the event that some items in the order are ready for shipment before other items in the same order, they will be shipped.
DELIVERY METHODS
Each order will have different delivery methods available in the purchasing process.
If the product is bulky, heavy, delicate or requires assembly upon delivery , it will be delivered with a special transport service to guarantee its delivery in optimal conditions. In these cases, our team will contact you to agree on a delivery date and time.
If, for any reason, you will not be at the delivery location at the agreed time, you must contact us to arrange delivery at another time. Please note that additional transportation costs resulting from the impossibility of delivery due to absence at home may have an additional cost.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and vary depending on the weight and size of the order , as well as the delivery address (with the exception of products that do not have associated shipping costs or orders that exceed a minimum cost and enjoy Free shipping).
International shipments may incur additional charges in the form of import duties or local taxes. These costs are subject to the legislation of each country and are beyond our control, so we cannot be held responsible for them. For more details about the charges, you should contact your local customs office.
RETURNS
RETURN CONDITIONS
As a consumer, you have the right to return any item you have purchased through our website with the exception of products made to order, personalized or custom-made items . The return period is 14 days from receipt of the order. Only items that have not been used, in their original packaging, and in the same condition in which they were delivered can be returned.
Please note that you will have to bear the transportation costs resulting from the return (except in the case of erroneous, defective or poor condition products). Therefore, once the return has been communicated, our team will inform you of the transportation costs incurred, which will be deducted from the amount to be returned.
Next, you must package the item with the original packaging , in the same way it was received, so that the transport company can pick up the item at the indicated address. Many of our items are fragile, so you should ensure that they are well packaged so that they do not suffer damage in transit.
The refund of the amount of the item will be made once we receive the item and verify that it is in the same conditions in which it was sent. We will refund the amount of the returned item in the same payment method used in the purchase.
Returning an item does not imply a refund of shipping costs or any customs tax that you had to pay for shipping outside of Spain.
WRONG, DEFECTIVE OR IN BAD CONDITION PRODUCTS
If you receive any wrong product, or defective or damaged items, you must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the order, attaching to your communication images of the product in which the damage, defect or error can be seen.
You are required to keep the items in their original packaging while we process your claim.
Our team will offer you the option of replacing the item with a new one or returning it. In any case, you will not have to bear the costs incurred for the return and/or delivery of the new items. If you choose to return, we will also reimburse you for the shipping costs paid when placing the order.
