How to choose the right handcrafted sofa

Before choosing a sofa, consider both the available space and how it will be used. If your living room is a place where family and friends often gather, a spacious or modular sofa is an excellent choice. In smaller spaces, a three-seater sofa is usually more than enough. Seat depth also plays an important role: a depth of 55–60 cm (22–24 inches) provides a more upright sitting position, while 65 cm (26 inches) or more offers greater comfort for lounging. Upholstery is another key consideration. Natural fabrics bring warmth and texture, while removable covers make maintenance easier in homes with children or pets. Finally, pay close attention to the structure. A solid wood frame, high-density foam, and quality upholstery are essential for a sofa that combines lasting comfort with exceptional durability.
