In 2011, Naroa Quirós and Juan Luis Medina joined and founded the interior design and architecture studio Madrid in Love, today MIL STUDIOS. Their team is formed by more than twenty professionals in charge of developing projects for the public sector in a wide range of sectors: catering, hotels, offices, retail and wellness, among others.

Juan Luis Medina. Creative Director of MIL STUDIOS. He studied image and sound, specialised in photography and artistic production and studied interior architecture. His great intuition, talent and natural predisposition towards creativity stand out. Due to his experience and personality, MIL STUDIOS has positioned itself as one of the most prestigious and creative interior design and architecture studios in Spain.

Naroa Quirós. Executive Director of MIL STUDIOS. Specialised in Finance and Management, she began her professional career working for PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting. Her solid business sense, her deep knowledge of the creative industries sector and her passion for design, has made Naroa the muscle that moves the studio.
