Materials

Structure: Cement.

The surface must be protected from falling heavy objects, and direct contact with very hot objects should be avoided. Sharp items can scratch and damage the surface, affecting its durability.

Cleaning these surfaces should be done using a cloth dampened with water and neutral multi-purpose soap, followed by drying with a dry cloth. Products such as acetone, bleach, solvents, or any other abrasive products must not be used, as these can cause corrosion to the surfaces. Food residues, liquids, or grease should be removed within a few hours to prevent permanent stains.

For outdoor furniture, adverse weather conditions (rain, hail, extreme heat or cold, temperature fluctuations between day and night, frost, and other extraordinary climatic conditions) may cause damage to the furniture. To prevent this, it is recommended to store the furniture under cover or protect it from such adverse weather conditions using a cover.

Shipping

International shipments may incur additional charges in the form of import duties or local taxes. These costs are subject to the legislation of each country and are beyond our control, so we cannot be held responsible for them. Returns

You can return any product within 14 calendar days of receipt (except for products made to order, personalized or custom-made items).

The return implies a refund of the price of the item but not the shipping costs of the order or any possible customs taxes that you may have had to pay for shipping outside of Spain. Order returns have a cost, which will be deducted from the amount to be returned. Return fees vary depending on the item. Our team will inform you of the cost when requesting the return.
