Materials

Structure: Cement.

It is recommended that these surfaces have to be cleaned with a cloth dampened with water and neutral all-purpose soap. Any other cleaning agent may cause corrosion on the surfaces. Food, liquid or grease residues should be removed within a few hours to avoid permanent stains. The indoor version is not suitable for outdoor use. The outdoor version is more resistant and weatherproof. Even so, to prolong its life and avoid deterioration, it is recommended to protect it or cover it when there are abrupt weather changes and heavy rains.

Shipping

Bulky items may have special shipping charges. If you want to add more than one item to the basket with extra shipping costs due to its volume or weight, it is possible that only the highest amount will be applied. You will be able to see it reflected in the purchasing process.

International shipments may incur additional charges in the form of import duties or local taxes. These costs are subject to the legislation of each country and are beyond our control, so we cannot be held responsible for them. Returns

You can return any product within 14 calendar days of receipt (except for products made to order, personalized or custom-made items).

The return implies a refund of the price of the item but not the shipping costs of the order or any possible customs taxes that you may have had to pay for shipping outside of Spain. Order returns have a cost, which will be deducted from the amount to be returned. Return fees vary depending on the item. Our team will inform you of the cost when requesting the return.
