Materials

All our objects are handcrafted in Spain by hand. Furthermore, many of them are made with natural materials that have special characteristics and unique variations. These small details make each object a unique and unrepeatable piece.

The brass we use in its raw form has no varnish or treatment, so the material may show natural stains. Additionally, it is a metal that, over time and depending on environmental conditions, evolves and may acquire a patina effect. If you wish to return the brass to its original state, periodic cleaning with a specific metal cleaning product is recommended.

As in the case of alabaster, each piece may present variations.

Shipping

International shipments may incur additional charges in the form of import duties or local taxes. These costs are subject to the legislation of each country and are beyond our control, so we cannot be held responsible for them. Returns

You can return any product within 14 calendar days of receipt (except for products made to order, personalized or custom-made items).

The return implies a refund of the price of the item but not the shipping costs of the order or any possible customs taxes that you may have had to pay for shipping outside of Spain. Order returns have a cost, which will be deducted from the amount to be returned. Return fees vary depending on the item. Our team will inform you of the cost when requesting the return.
