The wooden edges are 4 cm wide and 8 cm deep.

Gently clean with a dry or slightly damp cloth, avoiding abrasive products that could damage the upholstery or the natural wood finish.

Whenever possible, avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or humidity in order to preserve the texture, color and original finish of the piece.

Shipping

It is important, especially for large items, to ensure that your home is accessible for the delivery of each item. If in doubt, it is essential to notify us in advance, as if the carrier is unable to deliver the item, it will be returned to our warehouses and additional shipping costs may be incurred.

Large items may have special shipping costs. If you wish to add more than one item with extra shipping charges due to size or weight, only the highest cost may be applied. You will see this reflected during the checkout process.

International shipments may incur additional charges in the form of import duties or local taxes. These costs are subject to the laws of each country and are beyond our control, so we cannot be held responsible for them. For more details on these charges, please contact your local customs office.

Returns

You can return any product within 14 calendar days of receiving it (except for made-to-order products, personalized items, or custom-made items).

The return involves a refund of the item's price but does not include the order's shipping costs or any customs duties you may have paid for shipping outside of Spain. Returns have a cost, which will be deducted from the refund amount. Return fees vary by item, and our team will inform you of the cost when you request a return.
