Shipping

Shipping methods and costs may vary depending on the items added to your cart and the delivery address. These are calculated for each item during the checkout process.

It is especially important for large items to check that access to your home is suitable for the delivery of each item. If you have any doubts, please let us know in advance, as if the carrier is unable to deliver the item, it will be returned to our warehouse and additional shipping costs may apply.

Bulky items may be subject to special shipping charges. If you add more than one item with additional shipping costs due to its size or weight, only the highest charge may apply. This will be reflected during the checkout process.

International shipments may incur additional charges in the form of import duties or local taxes. These costs are subject to the legislation of each country and are beyond our control, so we cannot be held responsible for them. Returns

You may return any product within 14 calendar days of receiving it (except made-to-order, personalized, or custom-made products).

The refund covers the price of the item but not the shipping costs of the order or any customs duties you may have paid for shipments outside Spain. Returns are subject to a fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount. Return fees vary depending on the item. Our team will inform you of the cost when you request a return.
