All our pieces are handcrafted in Spain. Many of them are also made from natural materials with special characteristics and unique variations. These small particularities make each piece one of a kind.

Limestone is a natural, delicate and porous material. Care should be taken not to expose it to materials that could damage it.

All our natural stone tables have a water-repellent treatment on the top to prevent stains from liquids and other substances from penetrating. Even so, please remember that spilling any kind of substance should be avoided and, if a spill occurs, it should be cleaned immediately to prevent damage.

Shipping

Shipping methods and costs may vary depending on the items added to your basket and the delivery address. They are calculated for each item during checkout.

It is important, especially for large items, to check that access to the property is suitable for the delivery of each item. If in doubt, you must let us know in advance, as if the carrier is unable to deliver the item, it will be returned to our warehouse and additional shipping costs may apply.

Bulky items may carry special shipping charges. If you add more than one item with extra shipping charges due to their size or weight, only the highest charge may be applied. You will see this reflected during checkout.

International shipments may incur additional charges in the form of import duties or local taxes. These costs are subject to the legislation of each country and are beyond our control, so we cannot be held responsible for them. For more details on these charges, please contact your local customs office.

Returns

You may return any product within 14 calendar days of receipt (except for made-to-order, personalised or custom-made items).

A return entitles you to a refund of the item's price, but not the order's shipping costs or any customs duties you may have paid for delivery outside Spain. Returns carry a cost, which will be deducted from the refund amount. Return fees vary depending on the item. Our team will inform you of the cost when you request the return.

If you have any questions, please see our Shipping and Returns policy or our FAQ page.
