All our objects are handcrafted in Spain. In addition, many of them are made with natural materials that have special characteristics and unique variations. These small particularities make each object a unique and unrepeatable piece.

In the case of limestone, each tabletop can present variations in the distribution of the veins. Furthermore, limestone is a natural, delicate and porous material. It is advisable to be careful not to expose it to substances that could deteriorate it.

All our natural stone tables have a water-repellent treatment on the tabletop to prevent liquids and other substances from penetrating. However, it is important to remember that it is advisable to avoid spilling any type of substance, and in case of a spill, it should be cleaned immediately to prevent damage.

Shipping

Shipping methods and costs may vary depending on the items added to the basket and the delivery address. These are calculated for each item in the purchasing process.

It is important, especially in the case of large volume items, to check that access to the home is suitable for the delivery of each item. In case of doubt, it is essential to notify in advance since if the carrier cannot deposit the item, it will be returned to our warehouses and additional shipping costs could be generated.

Bulky items may have special shipping charges. If you want to add more than one item to the basket with extra shipping costs due to its volume or weight, it is possible that only the highest amount will be applied. You will be able to see it reflected in the purchasing process.

International shipments may incur additional charges in the form of import duties or local taxes. These costs are subject to the legislation of each country and are beyond our control, so we cannot be held responsible for them. Returns

You can return any product within 14 calendar days of receipt (except for products made to order, personalized or custom-made items).

The return implies a refund of the price of the item but not the shipping costs of the order or any possible customs taxes that you may have had to pay for shipping outside of Spain. Order returns have a cost, which will be deducted from the amount to be returned. Return fees vary depending on the item. Our team will inform you of the cost when requesting the return.
