All our pieces are handcrafted in Spain. In addition, many of them are made from natural materials that feature special characteristics and unique variations. These small particularities make each piece unique and one of a kind.

In the case of quartzite, each piece may show variations in the distribution of the veining. Quartzite is also a natural, delicate, and porous material. It is recommended to handle it with care and avoid exposure to substances that may damage it.

All our natural stone tables have a water-repellent treatment applied to the tabletop to prevent liquids and other substances from penetrating. Even so, it is advisable to avoid spilling any substance and, in case of a spill, to clean it immediately to prevent damage.

Shipping

Shipping methods and costs may vary depending on the items added to the basket and the delivery address. These are calculated for each item in the purchasing process.

It is important, especially in the case of large volume items, to check that access to the home is suitable for the delivery of each item. In case of doubt, it is essential to notify in advance since if the carrier cannot deposit the item, it will be returned to our warehouses and additional shipping costs could be generated.

Bulky items may have special shipping charges. If you want to add more than one item to the basket with extra shipping costs due to its volume or weight, it is possible that only the highest amount will be applied. You will be able to see it reflected in the purchasing process.

International shipments may incur additional charges in the form of import duties or local taxes. These costs are subject to the legislation of each country and are beyond our control, so we cannot be held responsible for them. Returns

You can return any product within 14 calendar days of receipt (except for products made to order, personalized or custom-made items).

The return implies a refund of the price of the item but not the shipping costs of the order or any possible customs taxes that you may have had to pay for shipping outside of Spain. Order returns have a cost, which will be deducted from the amount to be returned. Return fees vary depending on the item. Our team will inform you of the cost when requesting the return.
