Materials

Frame: Natural cerrejeira wood (treated and finished for outdoor use).

The fabric is highly durable, designed for outdoor use and easy to clean. Although the mattress covers are made of fabric that is resistant to outdoor conditions - humidity and sunlight - they are not completely waterproof. To extend their durability, it is recommended to store the mattress during the rainy season or when not in use.

The mattress is 15 cm thick. The backrest has 3 adjustable height positions, reaching a maximum height of 90 cm from the ground.

The green cushion is not included (sold separately).

Gently clean with a dry or slightly damp cloth, avoiding abrasive products that may alter the natural finish of the wood.

Whenever possible, avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight or humidity during periods of non-use in order to preserve the texture, color and original finish of the piece.

Shipping

Shipping methods and costs may vary depending on the items added to the basket and the delivery address. These are calculated for each item in the purchasing process.

It is important, especially in the case of large volume items, to check that access to the home is suitable for the delivery of each item. In case of doubt, it is essential to notify in advance since if the carrier cannot deposit the item, it will be returned to our warehouses and additional shipping costs could be generated.

Bulky items may have special shipping charges. If you want to add more than one item to the basket with extra shipping costs due to its volume or weight, it is possible that only the highest amount will be applied. You will be able to see it reflected in the purchasing process.

International shipments may incur additional charges in the form of import duties or local taxes. These costs are subject to the legislation of each country and are beyond our control, so we cannot be held responsible for them. For more details about the charges, please contact your local customs office.

Returns

You can return any product within 14 calendar days of receipt (except for products made to order, personalized or custom-made items).

The return implies a refund of the price of the item but not the shipping costs of the order or any possible customs taxes that you may have had to pay for shipping outside of Spain. Order returns have a cost, which will be deducted from the amount to be returned. Return fees vary depending on the item. Our team will inform you of the cost when requesting the return.
