Materials

The fabric, highly durable, is designed for outdoor use and is easy to clean. Although the mattress covers are made of fabric that is resistant to outdoor conditions - humidity and sunlight - they are not completely waterproof. To extend their durability, it is recommended to store the mattress during the rainy season or when not in use.

The mattress has a thickness of 7 cm on the seat and 5 cm on the backrest. The backrest has 4 adjustable height positions, reaching a maximum height of 86 cm from the ground.

The green cushion is not included (sold separately).

Gently clean with a dry or slightly damp cloth, avoiding abrasive products.

Whenever possible, avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight or humidity during periods of non-use in order to preserve the texture, color and original finish of the piece.

Shipping

Shipping methods and costs may vary depending on the items added to the cart and the delivery address. These are calculated for each item in the checkout process.

It is important, especially in the case of large volume items, to check that the access to the house is suitable for the delivery of each item. In case of doubt, it is essential to give prior notice because if the carrier cannot deliver the item, it will be returned to our warehouse and additional shipping costs may be incurred.

Bulky items may incur special shipping charges. In case you want to add more than one item to the cart with extra shipping costs due to its volume or weight, it is possible that only the one with the highest amount will be applied. You will be able to see it reflected in the purchase process.

International shipments may incur additional charges in the form of import duties or local taxes. These costs are subject to the laws of each country and are beyond our control, for which we cannot be held responsible. For more details on charges, please contact your local customs office.

Returns

You may return any product within 14 calendar days of receipt (with the exception of products made to order, personalized or custom-made items).

The return implies the reimbursement of the price of the item but not the shipping costs of the order or any customs taxes you may have had to pay for shipping outside Spain. Order returns have a cost, which will be deducted from the amount to be returned. Return rates vary depending on the item. Our team will inform you of the cost when requesting the return.
