Shipping

International shipments may be subject to additional charges in the form of import duties or local taxes. These costs are governed by the laws of each country and are beyond our control, so we cannot be held responsible for them. Returns

You may return any product within 14 calendar days of receiving it (except for made-to-order items, customized or bespoke products).

Returns cover the refund of the item’s price but not the shipping costs or any customs duties you may have paid for delivery outside of Spain. Return shipping fees apply and will be deducted from the refund amount. Return fees vary depending on the item. Our team will inform you of the cost when you request a return.
